About Dr. Gallo
Kaitlin Gallo, Ph.D. is a clinical psychologist with expertise in treating anxiety disorders and obsessive-compulsive disorder in individuals of all ages utilizing evidence-based treatments, with a focus on cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT). She was formerly the Chief Clinical Officer at Christie Campus Health, an organization that worked to improve the mental health and wellbeing of college students. Following her education and training at Boston University's Center for Anxiety and Related Disorders (CARD), Weill Cornell, and NYU, she was a staff psychologist at McLean Hospital’s Anxiety Mastery Program, an intensive group outpatient program for youth with significantly impairing anxiety disorders and OCD.
Dr. Gallo has received clinical and research awards from the American Psychological Association’s divisions of clinical psychology and clinical child and adolescent psychology, the Anxiety and Depression Association of America, and from the Association for Behavioral and Cognitive Therapies. She has been an instructor and part-time lecturer on psychiatry at Harvard Medical School and a clinical instructor in psychology at NYU Langone Medical Center.
In addition to her therapy practice, she provides trainings to professionals, students, and parents on topics related to anxiety and mental health in young people.
